2. Nalli Nihari
Nalli Nihari is a flour-based stew made with shanks and bone marrow of goat or lamb in a stock pot. The meat is sauteed in spices and clarified butter. After five minutes, the nihari masala is added to the meat and slowly cooked. Lastly, flour is carefully dissolved in water and added to the stock pot. 3. Haleem
One of the famous dishes of Ramazan, you will find haleem in every house during the holy month.
