We all know pizza as a Italian dish but it wasn’t pizza until 1889. Pizza has a more constructed origin: it wasn’t always bread covered in a saucy layer topped with cheese and various other toppings; it was just a form of bread first which appeared in 1000 AD in Greece. In Naples, Italy 1889 a chef named Raffaele Esposito was given a task to make special pizza for queen margherita. He creatively thought of making the pizza combining the colours of the flag of Italy green white and red . The green layer was complemented by basil, mozzarella for white and tomatoes for red. He brought Italian flavours together in this dish. Since his discovery of margherita pizza Esposito is called as the father of all modern pizza’s. Today it has taken various forms but the originality is still intact.

But we do eat ice cream without a cone, perhaps in a cake at occasions. It has the frost of ice cream mixed in the deliciousness of cake. Originality is traceable to the United States. It took its turn in existence with the innovation of the freezer. Americans took the once elite dessert and turned it into a staple treat for summer festivities. While an ice cream cake can include real cake, at its best, it's a layer of crushed Oreos sandwiched between thick slabs of chocolate and vanilla ice cream, then frosted with Cool Whip.

One day a group of army wives were crossing the place and after getting tired of shopping they entered The old victory club restaurant. Although the chef was not present at that moment Nacho didn’t want to turn them away and took some tortilla, cheddar cheese, jalapenos and put them together in the oven and then served it to them. His creation got recognized so magnificently that he opened up his own restaurant ‘Nacho’s Restaurant’.
