Right to the admission is reserved with the hotel. COVID-19 UPDATE • With effect from 1 January 2022, guests are required to carry their COVID vaccination documentation with them (for both doses). Please also update the Aarogya Setu app on your mobile so that we may check the same. Each guest checking in at the hotel will need to show us their individual document • We are ensuring adherence to all governmental rules and regulations to optimise safety and curb the spread. In this regard, we request all guests to keep themselves updated on the travel policies and government issued protocols of the destinations that they are planning to visit. We will not be able to accept any reservations or check-ins that are in conflict with the prevalent regulations at the time of your travel and stay • All guests are required to wear face masks in public areas and to sanitise or wash their hands frequently. Masks will be available for purchase at the Front Desk • The team is maintaining appropriate hygiene standards and wearing masks, in all areas, throughout their shift • Rooms/suites can now be provided on single, double or triple occupancy, at the corresponding rates. During the current pandemic, this facility may be amended based on guidelines from government authorities in the future • Temperature checks will be conducted every time a guest, team member or vendor enters the property. Should the temperature be higher than 99 degrees, along with other symptoms, including but not limited to coughing, sneezing and shortness of breath, entry to the property will be denied and the guest will be provided with the details of the nearest hospital or healthcare facility • At the time of check-in, self-declaration forms are to be filled by all guests, as per the guidelines of local authorities (as applicable) • A complete set of house rules will be shared via WhatsApp and/or email, prior to and on arrival, which must be strictly adhered while on the premises • Management reserves the rights of admission and refusal of service for guests not following social distancing, cleanliness and hygiene norms and the house rules
Guests will be offered the room with the check-in & check-out times corresponding to slots booked. Any early check-in or later check-out will be at the discretion of the hotel
All guest must be above legal age if an independent reservation is made (in absence of a parent and guardian)
